Hi there, as part of a sports psychology course I am dong I need to interview an athlete. There are 3 brief questions I need to ask related to competition performance etc. Would anyone be keen to help me? This can be done on email. Alternatively, if someone would like to answer on here. These are the questions:

    Interview Questions
    1. Think of a competition in which you performed well. Indicate how you mentally prepared for
the event. What did you specifically think or say to yourself to get mentally ready to
    compete?
    2. Now think of a competition in which you performed poorly. Indicate how you mentally
prepared for the event. What did you specifically think or say to yourself to get ready to
    compete?
    3. Did you feel stressed before or during the competition? If so, how did you deal with the
stress of the competition? What strategies did you use?
