Just looked at Power of Ten (Monday 31/07/17 at 15:15), and all it would deliver was a logging in page.

Went straight over to Tops In Athletics:

I think that the Pof10 site may have technical issues at the minute, because a result of mine from the weekend has not yet uploaded to RunBritain either.

Incidently Zac, do you know what criteria results have to meet to be posted on TOPS? None of my results appears on there and I have checked three prolific racers that I know of and of these, two do not appear at all and the other only has 2 results shown over the last 2 years.

http://www.topsinathletics.com does not have the funding and support of PO10 so results might take a little longer to show.
    .
The statistical standards might be more rigorous, so they will be interested in the quality of the officials.
    .
Try emailing them at tops@topsinathletics.info with:
    .
    full name
club (or county if not a member of a club)
    date of birth
    event
    performance
    position
    venue
    date
    meeting name
website where the performance can be verified
