THE COURT of Arbitration for Sport has dismissed Jamaican sprinter Steve Mullings appeal against his lifetime ban. The 30-year-old 100m and 200m competitor was banned from athletics by the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO) on November 22, 2011.
